Q & A

Q:  How long should my pool pump run?

A: It's recommended to run your pump at least 8 hours a day for proper filtration and cleaning. More may be needed in our hot summer period.

Q: Why is my pool cloudy?

A: It could be a few things. First you'd want to check that your filter media is clean and the pump is moving water properly. Next, you'd want to ensure your pool water is properly balanced. Also, pools pick up phosphates from nearby plants and fertilizer. We can check your pool water and systems and clear up cloudy water quickly.

Q: I'm adding water each week, do I have a leak?

A: Pools can lose about an inch and a half a week due to evaporation in our drier weather periods. If you're adding water during our rainy times also, you may have a leak.  We can perform a free leak test to help determine if a leak exists. Just give us a call.

Q: We can clean our pool ourselves, can we just have chemicals added each week?

A: Yes, our most economical service is our chemical-only service starting at just $49.95 a month. And all our services come with our satisfaction guarantee.

Q: What is your guarantee?

A: If you are not completely satisfied with our service we'll come back and fix, or refund you for the week's service.

Q: Do I have to sign a year contract?

A: No, there are no long-term contracts and you can cancel service anytime.

Q: Do you service condos, apartments, and hotels?

A: Yes, we specialize in all commercial accounts.

Q: Are you licensed?

A: Yes, we hold a State of Florida Certified Pool and Spa Service Contractors license, local business license, and carry full business insurance as well.
